this is a project of the new residence (324 sq.m) in the Wicklow mountains for a family, who decided to move from Dublin to Wicklow; the master plan rules for new building were: to keep pitched roofs, not to exceed heights of neighbouring buildings and to present modern look to improve quality of that area; due to extreme ground level differences the lower storey was partially burried in ground so from the front the house is only a single storey with an attic but from the rear garden it has full 2 storeys with extensive glazings overlooking a spectacular sunny garden
