this ecological extension to the existing house is the answer to the family needs; the existing house is only 80 sq.m and its new extension to the side (150 sq.m) is connected to the original house with a new entrance hall accessible both from the front and the rear gardens; there are 3 new bedrooms with en-suites and a new kitchen in the extended part; the house was equipped with new sustainable eco-systems making the entire development more energy efficient; because the contours are falling towards the rear garden it was possible to hide the new lower ground floor: the new part is only 1 storey high from the street but gains additional storey at the garden side
