this is yet another project of a refurbishment and a new extension to the existing house located at the seaside in Howth with spectacular views over the bay and island of Ireland’s Eye; to make the situation even more interesting, this house is adjacent to Howth I; the owners of Howth II were witnessing the entire process of Howth I being built and also wanted to adjust their house to make the most of this beautiful location; the new contemporary extension is similar to Howth I in style so they both look great from the seaside; it also keeps the traditional character from the front so that the contiguous street elevation is preserved
