a newly built spacious house required a complete modern interior design with a twist of nostalgia; all rooms were planned as contemporary but in selected places one may notice: an old piano with a vintage gold frame mirror both accompanied by modern black&gold lamps, or an art nouveau style watercolour painting hung in a minimalistic hall, or an old-style clock in a minimalistic entrance hall and so on; the main finishes of the house remain in harmony: wooden, concrete and grey brick parts, all on the white background with repetitive black details; a floral theme is used quite often too: it may be seen on a glass door to living space, in a shape of a wooden tree shelve, on fabrics of chairs and pillows and finally in numerous plants across the house; 3 bedrooms got an extra set of colours: navy blue, shades of green and grey; bathrooms are kept in black&white and so is the entrance hall with grey bricks; almost all the furniture were custom made and that together with repetitive space finishes created a coherent and cosy home
